We consider any of the following grounds for termination of an account:

Therefore, these practices are prohibited by Muscle Mail Safelist terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.
In addition, we have the right, where feasible, to implement technical mechanisms which block multiple postings as described above before they are forwarded.
Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit Muscle Mail Safelist actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.
Muscle Mail Safelist reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

These may be for safelist updates, account concerns, admin advertisements including but not limited to Solo Ads from Muscle Mail Safelist members or anything that admin feels needs to be relayed to any or all members of Muscle Mail Safelist. 1) Abuse of terms:
MuscleMailSafelist.com reserves the right to refuse membership or cancel membership if member is found abusing the terms. Upon termination member will lose all posting points, all referrals and any accumulated commissions.
2) Cancelling your membership:
You may cancel your membership by clicking the "Delete Account" link in the members area. If you decide to cancel your membership, then later you rejoin, evertyhing from your previous account will be lost.
3) Enrolling other members is prohibited:
Members are not under any circumstances allowed to sign
up other members. Members can refer other individuals to the website and help them through the sign up process, however the individual must complete the signup process by him/herself, including the reading and
agreeing to these membership terms.
Furthermore, no member will be allowed to sign up for more than one account. This will result in instant termination and loss of posting points, referrals and commissions.
4) Personal information:
